Returns, Refunds. and Cancellations
How It Works
Returns, Exachanges and Refunds are only approved if your product is damaged/the wrong item. NO REFUNDS will be given. You may return damaged items for shop credit or exchange for a remake of said item. All returns and exchanges are given at owners expense. You have 24 hours after receiving your product to contact me via Email or messenger to discuss what was wrong with clear pictures.
Due to the nature of the products and their handmade status NO REFUNDS will be given. As stated in the returns and exchanges policy you must notify me within 24 hours if something is wrong. Most of my items are HANDMADE which means there will be some flaws that comes with handmade items. I am a one woman show and take the time to make each item. Expect some flaws in your product.

We will cancel and fully refund orders up to 24 hours after purchase. After 24 Hours there will be a 10% fee of your order total that will be kept. The 24 hour rule DOES NOT APPLY if a discount code was used with a SALE/DEAL/OFFER already posted on the website. This is because YOU CANNOT USE A CODE ON SALE ITEMS.
Shipping and Delivery
How We Do It
Each item is inspected and a picture is taken of items before we ship to ensure we are shipping quality items. I ship by USPS or UPS. The turnaround time of products does NOT include shipping time.Typically shipping takes 3-5 Business Days but could be more or less depending on circumstances Ican't control, such as the weather.

I do offer local pick up as fee to ensure that products are picked up in a timely manner. Once your item is ready for pick up you have 48 -72 hours to pick up UNLESS OTHERWISE DISCUSSED. After the pick up window is exceeded I am can resell item(s). The most important thing is communication, please email or message me if any problems arise. It is Porch pick up due to COVID - 19, it is important that you pick up at your said time. I am not responsible for any thefts if item is not picked up at scheduled time.
