What is your turn around time?

Turn around time varies for each product. Please refer to item descriptions for the most up to date turn around times. Please don't order PREORDER items and other items together. Your items wont ship until the preorder turn around time is complete.

If you order an item that has a 3-5 day TAT and a 2-3 Week TAT your items will not ship until the 2-3 week mark.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the handmade products I do not offer refunds. If an item is damaged when you receive the product I can replace it within 24 hours of you receiving. All problems need to be sent via email to gabbybowtique@gmail.com within 24 hours to be eligible for a replacement.

No refunds will be given for items that get lost in the mail or are late due to the mail carrier.

No refund will be given if you select local pick up and do not pick up within the time frame.

What are the payment options?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. I also offer paypal and sezzle. Sezzle is a third party who allows you to split payments into 4 equal payments. Please visit Sezzle.com for more information or to create an account.

Any Discounts?

My whole shop is based on affordability. I try to do sales as often as I can! You can find a rep code to save 10% on any of my social media. There are different reps every month so be sure to follow and like my social media to stay up to date.

PLEASE NOTE: only one discount/sale can be used at a time. This means you CANNOT stack discounts. If a sale item is purchased with a code I will cancel your order and refund. There will be a cancellation fee of 10% of your order.  Do not combine sales and discount codes.

Do you sell gift cards?

At this time we do not offer gift cards.
